We have a Six station multi gym with Tummy Trimmer, Dumbbells and inclined planes and twisters set up in a mirror hall in a very attractive setting. There is a separate gym coach and considerable number of boys and hostellers are benefitted.
A separate gym with treadmills and ellipticals and all other modern equipments is provided for the girls. Separate coaches are provided and special programmes will be offered to obese children and counseling and physiotherapy will be made available for the needy. Physical care and health care will be promoted with special emphasis on healthy food habits, exercising and sports culture.
